The founders of Red Baton are committed to students’
success. This commitment is reflected in the fact
that the CEO of Red Baton chose to make a transition,
in 2003, from the corporate sector to education
and is currently a full-time teacher in a K12
public school in California.
The team understands challenges that teachers
face in the classroom to provide individualized
instruction or in-class collaboration due to inadequate
tools. The team also recognizes how students are
further constrained by limited access to qualified
after-school tutoring resources or study groups
that could supplement their classroom learning.
Driven by their passion to help both teachers
and the students, the founders have worked on
designing a comprehensive technology-based solution
that replicates the traditional learning model
and at the same time removes the above constraints.
